I was pleasantly surprised to see it was fixed last week. Fired up my copy of Chrome Canary ( Version 42.0.2281.0, 64-bit, on Mac OS 10.10.1 ) this morning and saw this:
Should only be a matter of time before this shows up in stable releases of Chrome.
